2026-27 Coaching Opportunities

Paladin Soccer Club is a faith-based club in Arizona’s East Valley, and we’re beginning conversations with coaches for the 2026–27 season.

We’re looking for servant-hearted coaches who love developing players and people.

At Paladin, coaches are more than trainers — they’re small group leaders who:

• Lead short weekly devotions
• Help model strong character and sportsmanship
• Occasionally organize simple service projects
• Uphold clear standards for behavior, communication, and conduct

This is a great fit for coaches who value faith, family, and player development, and who want to be part of a mission-driven club that’s still small enough to be personal, but growing with purpose.
