The Paladin Soccer Academy is where young players begin to develop their skills, passion, and understanding of the game in a competitive yet encouraging environment.
Designed for players ready to move beyond recreational soccer, our Academy bridges the gap between community play and full club competition. Through age-appropriate training, small-sided games, and a focus on technical excellence, we prepare players to take the next step in their soccer journey — both on and off the field.
At Paladin, we believe soccer is more than just a sport — it’s a tool for shaping confident, disciplined, and faith-filled young athletes.
Season 2 Evaluations
We invite boys and girls born in 2016-2019, of all skill levels, to attend our free evaluations for Season 2 (Jan-Apr). Assessments will be held at Arizona Athletic Grounds on Monday, November 17.
2025-26 ACADEMY PROGRAM DETAILS
Format:
The Academy runs two main seasons each year — Fall (August–November) and Spring (January–April).
Unlike most Arizona clubs that require U7–U10 Academy players to commit to a full 8- to 9-month club season, Paladin Soccer Club offers a more flexible, family-friendly approach. Families can choose to register for Season 1, Season 2, or both — allowing young athletes the freedom to enjoy other sports, school activities, and family time throughout the year.
We believe kids develop best when they love the game — not when they feel locked into it. Our goal is to foster passion and long-term growth, not burnout.
Age Groups:
- Boys: 7U-10U (birth years 2016-2019)
- Girls: 7U-10U (birth years 2016-2019)
Training:
- Two training sessions per week at Arizona Athletic Grounds
- Focused skill development: passing, dribbling, movement, shooting, and decision-making
- Age-appropriate team play and small-sided scrimmages
- Weekly devotionals
Games:
- Weekly games (ASA Youth Academy) or playdates against other local clubs
- 3 Local tournaments per season
- Small-sided formats (4v4, 7v7) that emphasize touches, creativity, and learning
Cost:
- $50 per child, per season due at the time of registration

Coaching:
Our Academy staff includes certified, mission-minded coaches who specialize in youth development. Every session is designed with purpose — to teach, encourage, and prepare players for the next level of play.
