Paladin Soccer Club Names Lindsay Karren as Technical Director
Paladin Soccer Club is excited to announce Lindsay Karren as the club’s Technical Director, beginning with the 2026–27 season. After two years of coaching within the club, Lindsay will step into this expanded leadership role while continuing to coach and invest directly in players.
This move marks an important step forward in Paladin’s continued growth and commitment to developing players the right way—through consistent training, strong fundamentals, and a clear long-term pathway.
Experienced Leadership with a Player-First Focus
Lindsay brings a high-level playing and coaching background to her role as Technical Director. She competed in the Utah Olympic Development Program and played at the collegiate level at Louisiana Tech University, where she was a four-year starter and team captain. She also gained experience competing in the WPSL and coaching at both the club and private training levels.
Her experience allows her to understand what it takes to develop players at every stage—from foundational years to advanced competition.
Strengthening Player Development Across the Club
As Technical Director, Lindsay will help shape the overall player development model at Paladin Soccer Club. Her focus will include:
- Establishing a consistent training philosophy across all teams
- Supporting coach development and education
- Leading technical training sessions and curriculum
- Ensuring age-appropriate, long-term player development
For families in the Phoenix Metro and East Valley communities, this means a more intentional and structured approach to youth soccer development—one that prioritizes both individual growth and team success.
Building the Future of Paladin Soccer Club
Paladin Soccer Club continues to grow across Mesa, Queen Creek, and the greater Phoenix area, with a mission to develop confident players, strong competitors, and individuals of character.
Lindsay’s leadership will play a key role in that vision—helping players build technical ability, confidence on the ball, and a deeper understanding of the game.
“This is an important step for our club,” said Club Director Jason Best. “Lindsay has already made a strong impact as a coach, and we’re excited for her to help shape the direction of our player development moving forward.”
